There's no doubt that today's automotive industry is flourishing, what with the ever-growing competition between auto manufacturers, especially among those at the top of the heap. More than the continuous innovations to their products, much marketing has been done by these auto giants to make sure their products' target image are firmly planted on the minds of consumers to gain high product recognition and consequently, high sales. A relatively young brand, the Saturn Automobile Company is not as popular as the top brands of today but offers as much as the great-earning companies do. One of a kind quality service and customer satisfaction are things not every company can deliver in constancy, and these are what Saturn takes pride of and what its' automobiles and auto parts are known for.
Established by General Motors in 1985, the first Saturn car called the S-series was released and driven in 1990. It is a compact sedan that features a body and engine entirely different from other cars. Due to the car's use of dent-resistant plastic materials for its' body materials and the use of the 1.9 L Saturn I4 engine, the Saturn S-Series has gained much recognition. Just a few years after its' launch, Saturn has flourished into a successful creator of small-size vehicles. What made their cars stand out from the rest is their use of the polymer vertical body panels attached to a steel-space frame. It was only recently when this car's design was changed and the use of the flexible body panels was discontinued as the company started manufacturing larger sedans.
